We are looking for Recruitment & Retention Coordinator 

The recruitment coordinator is expected to recruit, screen, hire a staff of CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients. They are expected to help in retaining them. 

Responsibilities

• Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Develop and implement new recruitment strategies within the community to include career fairs, sponsored events
• schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient professional manner
• Create and maintain all employment records including but not limited to I-9 form, W-4 Form and all other employment related documents.
• Monitor compliance for local and federal labor and safety laws including EOE, ADA, FMLA and OSHA
• Conducts Character reference, criminal background and motor vehicle checks on all Caregivers
• Schedule and conduct CAREGiver orientation and all trainings
• Plan and successfully execute quarterly CAREGiver meetings
• Prepare and publish the monthly newsletter
• Evaluate and update all orientation and training materials as needed
• Support and assist the Staffing Coordinator in scheduling needs and the follow up of Caregivers
• Coordinate and conduct CAREGiver progress and support programs
• Share with other office staff the on-call phone duties

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in HR
• Experience with recruitment and retention
• Effective written and verbal communication
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Ability to work well with others
• Positive service attitude
• AS/BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
