We are looking for Recruitment & Retention Coordinator
The recruitment coordinator is expected to recruit, screen, hire a staff of CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients. They are expected to help in retaining them.

The recruitment coordinator is expected to recruit, screen, hire a staff of CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients. They are expected to help in retaining them.
Responsibilities
- Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Develop and implement new recruitment strategies within the community to include career fairs, sponsored events
- schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient professional manner
- Create and maintain all employment records including but not limited to I-9 form, W-4 Form and all other employment related documents.
- Monitor compliance for local and federal labor and safety laws including EOE, ADA, FMLA and OSHA
- Conducts Character reference, criminal background and motor vehicle checks on all Caregivers
- Schedule and conduct CAREGiver orientation and all trainings
- Plan and successfully execute quarterly CAREGiver meetings
- Prepare and publish the monthly newsletter
- Evaluate and update all orientation and training materials as needed
- Support and assist the Staffing Coordinator in scheduling needs and the follow up of Caregivers
- Coordinate and conduct CAREGiver progress and support programs
- Share with other office staff the on-call phone duties
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in HR
- Experience with recruitment and retention
- Effective written and verbal communication
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work well with others
- Positive service attitude
- AS/BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
