We have a full-time opening for a Packer.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Ensure quality checks of product before being packaged.
Proper packaging of all products according to specification sheet and/or quality docket.
Housekeeping of packing station and line area.
Maintain all safety policies and guide lines.
Assist operator whenever needed in start up or shut down of the line.
Preference in use of printer equipment for labeling.
Possess ability to keep up with machine output production.
Must communicate with operators and leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Working knowledge of part defects and what to look for.
Must be honest, fair and possess good work ethics.
Be able to lift 50lbs above head.
Be able to stand in one spot for long periods of time with intermittent brakes.
Must be able to make quick decisions on whether to pack parts or toss them.
Must be able to keep up with production line and responsibilities.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Incumbent must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED). No prior experience or training.
LANGUAGE ABILITY
The incumbent need the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. The ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATH ABILITY
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS
No Computer skills needed.
