About this job
This position will be responsible in actively recruiting for Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, etc. Job responsibilities include screening, interviewing, training and retaining employees. Assist in the office, answering phones, entering data in computer, scheduling appointments, communicating with staff.
Requirements:
Must be professional and be fluent in English, able to communicate information efficiently, possess good work ethics, and have experience in hiring and human resource practices. Must be patient, enjoy working with people, ability to coach/train employees. Must have computer experience.
2+ years of professional work experience; we are willing to train the right person. Some college course work is desirable. Must have a valid drivers license, reliable car car insurance.
