Our client i s seeking a highly self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their thriving team. They are a fast growing provider of the most up-to-date market research for investors covering conventional apartments, student housing, and REITs. As an innovative leader in their field, they seek those that bring high energy and dedication.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, lead qualification, and conducting webinar presentations. The right candidate has a minimum of 2 years experience of selling similar commercial real estate research or as a multi-family real estate broker, is fearless on the phone, and has sophisticated high-dollar negotiation skills. This position is not a passive sales role-this hunter position will require tenacity, a winning attitude, and a history of proven sales success.

Duties and Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative Include:

  • Generate new business through cold calling

  • Lead generation/ qualification of lead

  • Conducting webinars

  • Generating contracts/providing accurate pricing

  • Maintain a CRM Database (Salesforce.com)

  • Perform post sale reach out to clients

  • Other duties as needed for success

    Qualification for Inside Sales Representative Include:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience

  • Minimum of 2 years as Real Estate Broker preferred

  • Proven record of closing new business

  • Deep understanding of commercial investments

  • At ease discussing high dollar deals

  • Detail and goal setting oriented

  • Must be able to thrive in a highly metric, data driven setting

    To the Inside Sales Representative our client offers:

  • First year earnings over $100k, with salary and uncapped commission. After ramp up period, $200k combined earnings expected
