Sr Project Mgr needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Woburn, MA
The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Expertise in leading, as a Project Manager, medium to large scale cross functional projects
- Ability to manage executive stakeholders.
- Significant experience with biotech or pharmaceutical operations & manufacturing required.
- Experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, Process Development, or Quality in addition to formal project management experience.
- Ability to translate strategy into challenging, actionable objectives to effectively drive cross functional teams, advocate client positions throughout the project life cycle, and make value-based decisions.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning).
- Manages one or more high-level, complex technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements.
- Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members.
- May be responsible for cross-functional teams.
- May obtain and manage external resources required for project completion.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Strong MS Project knowledge and practice is a must, along with MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resource
- Experience with project management and analyst methodologies and best practices
- Excellent demonstrated capability in project management processes and procedures
