We are seeking an Accounts Payable Sr. Accounts Payable Processor
for an immediate opening.  This position
is within the Corporate Accounts Payable team and reports directly to the
Accounts Payable Supervisor. 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Verifies accuracy on documents electronically
submitted for payment, confirms all appropriate support documents have been
submitted, processes recurring payments, and thoroughly maintains files and
documentation in accordance with company policy.  Will be responsible for detailed reporting
and analytics.  This position will review
discrepancies with external vendors and complete account reconciliations, and
able to effectively communicate findings via phone, meetings, or email as
needed.   Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years previous accounts payable
    or accounting support experience
  • Current proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (create and edit) 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Concur Invoice and PeopleSoft experience preferred

independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with
emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. Organizational skills, ability to
prioritize, and problem solving skills are a must. Strong verbal and written
communications skills are also required; Ability to foresee process improvements
and initiate/propose alternate solutions.
