As our Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining client receivable balances while enhancing customer service. You will also be required to have a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective communication with clients. You will demonstrate a proven capability to work in a team environment within a process improvement atmosphere. High volume centralized billing experience is a huge plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Audit billing data for accuracy in order to generate invoices for clients
- Maintain ongoing relationships with a group of clients and internal field associates
- Make follow up calls on unpaid invoices
- Process credit card payments
- Receipt funds into database and prepare and balance deposits
- Other responsibilities as assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in accounts receivable
- 2+ years experience with phone customer service preferred
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
