As our Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining client receivable balances while enhancing customer service. You will also be required to have a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective communication with clients. You will demonstrate a proven capability to work in a team environment within a process improvement atmosphere. High volume centralized billing experience is a huge plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Audit billing data for accuracy in order to generate invoices for clients
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with a group of clients and internal field associates
  • Make follow up calls on unpaid invoices
  • Process credit card payments
  • Receipt funds into database and prepare and balance deposits
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 1+ years experience in accounts receivable
  • 2+ years experience with phone customer service preferred
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
