JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determine the variety and quantity of goods to bake by reviewing and following production schedule.

• Prepares dough for baking by placing/shaping dough in pans; spreading or sprinkling toppings; allowing dough to raise; monitoring product while baking.

• Maintain a proper bake by adjusting thermostatic controls to regulate oven temperature.

• Keeps mixing and baking equipment operating by following instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns and calling for repairs.

• Update job knowledge by participating in scheduled trainings.

• Enhancing the bake department by accepting ownership for quality of bake product, maintaining a positive relationship with all bake and café team members as well as accomplishing new and different request.

• Maintain a clean , healthy and safe work environment.

• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
