Staffmark is currently hiring a Human Resources Coordinator for a contract position in Westlake, TX!
Overview of Human Resources Coordinator:
Responsible for performing administrative, customer service, program coordination and processing responsibilities in support of Human Resource (HR) generalist functions. This position operates within the
human resources function to respond to employee questions or inquiries; manage communications & employee engagement activities; coordinate campus & wellness events; develop & generate accurate
employee data & reporting; coordinate employee life-event actions in the HRIS/Payroll system; as well as, other HR related functions as defined. Additionally, assists in a variety of human resources functions such as staffing, benefits, compensation, immigration, employee relations and training & development.

Key Responsibilities of Human Resources Coordinator:
• Serve as a point of contact for HR issues and/or concerns. Triage, escalate or respond to employee questions and inquires as appropriate.
• Support and partner with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and Talent Acquisition (TA) on requisition, hiring and onboarding related processes.
• Coordinate and manage HR site, campus, corporate or department projects and events.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
• Validate source documents and process employee data; track and enter information into the HRIS/Payroll system for processing.
• Develop, generate and distribute HR related queries and reporting; manage data tracking and record keeping requirements.
• Provide support for Tier One employee relations issues to include: coordination of employee meetings, participation in investigative interviews and documentation of employee investigations and
subsequent actions.
• Coordinate the exit interview process to include: distribution of invitations, scheduling of exit interview appointments, generation of reporting and follow up on data requests as needed. Participate in the
facilitation of exit interviews for non-exempt employees as assigned.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or High School diploma and equivalent experience) plus 2-4 years of directly related experience in Human Resources. Experience: • Strong technical aptitude. Advanced knowledge and skills with MS office to include: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • HRIS experience/ knowledge to include various reporting tools/platforms. Experience with web based applications dealing with employee self-service preferred. • Strong oral & written communication and customer service orientation skills. • Solid analytical capability; ability to exercise sound judgment; strong decision making skills. • Must be accurate with attention to detail; high degree of quality orientation. • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines; strong organization and prioritization skills. • Ability to take direction from multiple people; ability to flex to the work styles of others. • Ability to associate and interact with all levels of the organization; strong interpersonal skills; tact & diplomacy. High degree of professionalism. • Ability to be a collaborative team player in a fast paces/changing environment; self-motivated and directed. • Strong business acumen; fiscal aptitude. • Ability to work extra hours as needed.
