Posting Job Description

The RAE III will be responsible for an integrated marketing effort. The goal of the program is to build strong relationships with the dealer partners and in turn drive sales and market share of Time Warner Cable services. Key responsibilities consist of building relationships with various dealers, managers and sales associates and the community; data collection and reporting; and participation in weekly conference calls/meetings.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect - Qualify and target dealers based on their current volume of business.
Market Development - Develop and promote the TWC brand with independent dealers in an assigned territory.
Negotiate - Negotiate contracts, commission rates and insurance requirements with prospective dealers. Collect required documentation and interact with contract administration with the on boarding process.
Relationships - Build and maintain relationships with dealer management and sales associates. Regular site visits to strengthen our partnership and promote growth within the program.
Training - Conduct presentations for dealer management to educate and train their sales representatives in the sale and promotion of our product line. Maintain dealer compliance on program rules and restrictions
Customer Service Issues - Provide superior customer service by resolving billing and/or service problems for assigned accounts and their customers. Deliver ongoing customer support to the dealers including address maintenance, issue tracks, sales claims, and sales offer issues.
Administrative - Deliver regular installation and sales reports to dealers. Process sales claim documentation for management approval. Daily monitoring of cancelled reports, monthly sales numbers, and TPV compliance. Deliver goals and priorities as directed by TWC management.
Personal Development & Knowledge - Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing professional development, networks, training and professional publications; benchmarking state-of-the-art selling practices.
Sales Goals - Contribute to the division team effort by accomplishing sales results for all product lines as planned. Achieve objectives through account visits, merchandising, training and sales quotas
Attend Meetings - Attend regularly scheduled sales meetings as required by supervisor at the regional office
Other duties as assigned

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
This position reports to the Manager of Retail Sales Channels. There are no positions supervised by this position.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
3-5 years industry sales experience
3-5 years related product/service experience
Tech savvy and knowledgeable in the areas of wireless and video.
Strong communication and contract negotiation skills
Ability to conduct group presentations and convey technical knowledge
Ability to travel within designated sales territory
Detail oriented (ability to maintain organized documentation, capture prospect and dealer feedback)
Ability to identify opportunities and develop prospects into clients
Must exhibit work qualities that are team and customer oriented; with an enthusiastic approach toward work.
Proficient in English, bilingual Spanish a plus
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Access, or equivalent software
Competencies needed: Customer service orientation, initiative, self-motivator, integrity, persuasiveness/sales ability, risk taking, tenacity, communications, and energy and has a sense of urgency.
Evening, weekend, and overtime hours may be required
