In this
role, you will be involved in developing innovative business solutions by
creating new applications, modifying existing applications and providing post
production support. Predominantly you will be designing, coding, testing,
debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with
established specifications and business requirements to deliver value to our
organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Design,
implement and maintain .Net application within all phases of the Software
Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with
established processes - Communicate effectively with other engineers and QA
- Establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and
software as needed - Identify production and non-production application issues
- Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of .Net developed
projects - Provide technical support and consultation for .Net application and
infrastructure questions - Serve as a mentor to less experienced Developers
- Police
development teams in following standards and processes - Support development teams in deploying code to the environments
Job
Specifics:
The person filling this role will be responsible for Code Management for a
large development team. This includes deploying/debugging user code, developing
development standards, enforcing SDLC processes and developing tools/reports
for use by the Code Management team. This position will also coordinate and run
production deployment releases which involves creating deployment plans and
running meetings.
Positions in this function are predominantly involved in developing business solutions
by creating new and modifying existing software applications. Primary
contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and
supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications
and business requirements to deliver business value.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years equivalent work history
- 3+ years of experience in full Software Development Life Cycle
- 3+ years of experience working as a .Net developer
- 3+ years of experience working with Relational
Databases and SQL
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with Oracle 12c PL/SQL
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012
- Unix/Linux Knowledge
- Source Code Repository Administration (Subversion
a plus) - Health care industry experience
