As Assistant General Manager you will:
- Provide top customer service by greeting, assisting customers, and responding to inquiries and concerns
- Recruit, hire, and train, and manage positive, enthusiastic employees
- Monitor sales activities through cashier and financial data analysis
- Plan team meetings and provide necessary performance-based feedback
- Create action plans to reach desired store objective
To do this job well, you’ll need:
- High school diploma or GED (two-year degree or beyond is strongly preferred)
- 5 - 7 years work experience, including food service and retail
- 3 years retail management experience
- P&L experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
