Position Description:
Under general direction, provides administrative support for the Sales & Marketing organization as well as the Office Manager including, but not limited to, managing the front desk & mailroom, general departmental support, phone call routing, greet vendors, job applicants, and other visitors, and general project management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle both incoming and outgoing mail distribution: Interoffice, USPS postage, and UPS deliveries.
Perform miscellaneous tasks as required, which include, but are not limited to:
-Overall maintenance of break/copy/conference areas;
-Submit maintenance requests via phone or email;
-Assisting HR interview process
Type reports, letters, postings, records, maintaining files, monthly Town Hall presentations, etc.
Receive visitors and answer telephones providing assistance or directing to the appropriate office or person; exercise discretion and interpretive judgment in frequent and often stressful contacts with public.
Assist Marketing & HR with company mailers, including printing, stuffing envelopes & creating labels.
Position Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Education equivalent to graduation from High school, or the equivalent in related work experience. Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Three or more years of general office/receptionist experience, demonstrating excellent organization, time management, communication, phone, and writing skills.
