- Ability to develop a team of All Stars, Future Nordstrom Leaders, etc.
- Ability to use key metrics, such as hot sellers, top vendors, etc., to identify opportunities and drive volume
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with store partners
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, delegation and follow-through skills
- Selling experience, preferred
- FNL or Internship graduate a plus
