Loan Collector

1) 1+ years of experience with loan collections or within a call center environment in the financial industry.
2) Candidate must be computer savvy and have strong MS Office skills.
3) Candidate may be talking to customers, therefore communication skills are a must.

Skip tracers are individuals that update customer information in the data base. Things like customer phone numbers/addresses/emails/names etc. They use various sources to gather the information and then update the files. Talking to customers directly is one way.
Candidates will be trained on Skip Tracing making it an ideal position for someone looking to break into banking/FI as a whole after just working a call center.
