Provide support and maintenance of UnitedHealth Group contact center infrastructure and applications with the main emphasis on Nice Performance Manager formerly known as Merced Performance Suite. Incident and problem management, plan and perform maintenance activities, fulfill requests for system changes / additions as needed. This position will also work with other UHG IT in creating, changing, or decommissioning data feeds from other technologies into MyMetrics.  Developing the ETL process on those feeds is also part of this job.


 


Positions in this function are involved in all aspects of design, engineering and operations of the voice and data networks and related equipment. Provides project planning and implementation of new network systems and direct technical analysis of hardware, software and networks.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of IT support experience

  • 3+ years working knowledge of Windows server

  • 2 + years experience with database structures such as in Oracle or SQL and writing SQL queries

 


 


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Familiarity with the Nice Performance Manager / Merced

  • Familiarity with file transfer technologies

  • Familiarity with job scheduling

  • Familiarity with ETL tools such as SSIS

  • Contact Center technology experience 

  • Proficient with MS Office                             

  • Bachelor's Degree
