Tuesday Friday (15-20 Hours); Flexible schedule. This is a long term, part time opportunity.
REQUIREMENTS: Strong administrative/clerical skills. Strong computer skills (MS Word/Excel/Outlook). Basic entering and generating invoices. Recent QuickBooks Enterprise experience a plus. Accounting Skills: verify/enter details of transactions in account/cash journals, general ledger, balance books. Administrative Assistant Skills: help answer phones (low call volume), filing, & other general admin/clerical duties.
