Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, Opening Soon Seeking to Hire for All Kitchen Positions Including Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Smokehouse Staff, Bakers, Dishwashers and Janitorial Staff - Part-time

Award-winning Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is about to open our much anticipated Chicago location in April. For over 25 years, we have been a home away from home for bikers, business people, families, and foodies alike. We are nationally acclaimed and were named the country's Number One BBQ on Good Morning America, as well as been featured on various Food Network and Travel Channel shows. The Dinosaur motto is WDFA - we don't XX around. That just about says it all.

Our Lincoln Park location will welcome up to 300 guests on two floors, including a 60-seat beer garden, two kitchens, and two full-service bars featuring local craft brews and spirits. Our food is delicious and made from scratch with uncompromised excellence. Also, we will feature live music on the weekends. Part-time and full-time schedules are available. Knowledge of Aloha for FOH positions is a plus.

We are doing ON THE SPOT HIRING, so you MUST BRING the following items:
* BRING: ID for I-9 verification (I-9 is a document for the right to work in the US): (for example: driver's license / ID card AND social security card... OR US passport)
* BRING: checking account check or document from your bank for direct deposit form.
* BRING: social security number for a life insurance policy beneficiary (spouse and/or child etc)

-The entire process from start to finish takes about 90 minutes.
-Please dress neatly and casually. Jeans are cool, neckties not so much.
-If you join our team, there will be paid new hire orientations at 10am and 4pm on Saturdays.
-We will have paid mandatory training sessions throughout the day and evenings in mostly 2.5 to 5 hour modules, from April 4th to April 18st.
