Architectural CAD Drafter - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for an Architectural CAD drafter to come on board on a contract basis for an influx of projects. Their clients are a number of home-builders (Beazer, K Hovnanian, Richmond American, etc) and they are looking for a CAD drafter with residential home builder experience. Will be working with the PM and other architects on the projects.

Will be working in the office. The office is a house turned into a shop/office. The office space will be upstairs. There are about 10-12 people in the office now. It is a small and cozy work environment.

Qualifications:

- MUST have at least 3 years experience with CAD drafting with residential home building experience.

- Proficient with AutoCAD

- Proficient with AutoCAD Architecture (2010 or newer!)

- Need a production home background

- Construction documents background

- Can also have worked in the field
