Construction Assistant Project Manager/PM

Aerotek Construction is looking for an APM for an Elevator/Construction Company in the Alexandria, VA area. Candidates will be working for one of the most well-known Elevator speciatly contractors in the country. They will be working as an Assistant Project manager working with all levels of management; VP, PM, other PM's to ensure project deliverables are met.

Their projects range from $1-50 million, and they do a lot of government and commercial work - their current project is with WMATA. Elevator experience is not a must have, but working with commercial construction projects from start to finish is.

All Candidates MUST have:

- 8+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in an APM/PM role.

- Experience with commercial projects

- Experience with working on change orders, RFIs, submittals, etc.

- Experience working directly with clients
