Outbound Call Center Sales - Full-time / Part-time

Our client, a healthcare company located in Doral, is seeking sales representatives with call center sales or customer service experience for their outbound call center.

General Job Duties:

• SALES positions must have Call Center Sales / Telemarketing experience.
• SALES Associates handle a high volume of calls - outbound calls to potential or established patients.
• Ascertain patient needs & offer services/products as appropriate.
• Ensure accurate & appropriate protocol is followed with each call (e.g. following script; data entry of patient information, insurance information, sales & upsells; full & proper closing).
• Demonstrate confidence in presentation and sales. Maximize upsells.
• Meet daily & weekly Performance and Quality Assurance goals.

Must haves:

• Call Center Customer Service and/or Sales experience required.
• Clear English speaking voice & proper phone etiquette; professional communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment with great accuracy.
• Ability to "multi-task" - handle calls and data entry simultaneously.
• Listening skills & critical thinking ability.
• High tolerance for repetitive tasks.
• Willingness & ability to provide a QUALITY sales experience and/or superior customer service.
• Able to work weekend hours as necessary or required.
• The successful candidate will have a teamwork mentality, and will thrive in a goal-oriented yet personable & friendly work environment.
