We have an immediate opening for a part-time/full-time opening for a Shift Manager role with various working schedules (weekdays/weekends, day/night).
We are a local ice cream shop in Winchester, MA, who is looking for a mature, reliable, enthusiastic and competent shift manager to manage our store during the shift. Our ideal candidate is a person who has positive attitude and has leadership qualities.The candidate must also be able to foster a cheerful family friendly environment in the store. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
Job descriptions:
- Lead and manage staffs: hiring/firing, training, scheduling, mentoring
- Operate front-end operations: store and product prep, counter, register
- Manage back-end operations: store up-keep, inventory, equipment maintenance
- Maintain high food safety standard
- Implement owner's (or come up with own) sales and marketing strategy (promotion, events, etc)
