2nd Shift Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently looking for a 2nd shift Customer Service Representative in the Eden Prairie, MN area. Candidates will be responsible for communicating with internal and external customers, verfying and coordinating shipment pickups and deliveries, update customer information in the system and problem solve on a continuous basis. They will also be responsible for taking misc afterhour calls as well.

Qualifications candidates must have include:
- 2+ years of customer service experience

- Strong work history

- Ability to type 40+WPM

- Bachelors degree preferred

- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

- Strong Problem Solving Skills

The best candidates are people who think outside the box and are able to make quick decisions. They really like to see candidates with serving experience and/or someone with a college degree.
