At ABC Fine Wine & Spirits we are seeking a Manager Trainee to join our retail team. This position is ideal for a career-oriented individual with retail experience and a talent for providing excellent customer service. Duties include customer service, vendor interaction, inventory control, merchandising and others.

Manager Trainees working at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits should have experience in customer service, retail sales, or sales. Every day is different when working at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits.
Some of the responsibilities for Manager Trainees include:
*Coordinating sale promotion activities
*Preparing merchandise displays
*Ordering merchandise to replenish stock on hand
*Ensuring compliance of employees via established security, sales, housekeeping and record keeping procedures
*Supervising employees engaged in sales work
*Answering customer complaints or inquiries and providing exemplary customer service at all stages of the customer's experience
*Opening and closing store
*Enforcing age requirements, checking customer IDs
*Attending regularly scheduled meetings
*Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
*Attending all company-wide training classes as well as leadership classes
Requirements:
*High School Diploma or GED OR equivalent training experience
*Strong communication skills
*Retail Sales experience
*Positive, friendly attitude and team player
*Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and clean driving record
*Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
*Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
*Must be 21 and up
*Must be able to work weekends and evenings
*Must be able to pass Background and Credit check
