JOB DESCRIPTION

We're currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity in Bartlesville, OK with our partner, one of the world's leading energy suppliers and innovators in energy infrastructure development. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment for a global industry leader.

Daily Responsibilities Include:
  • The primary responsibility of this position is to interface with customers on the phone and via email. Process their orders or return authorizations in SAP. Process change orders within SAP, which includes coordination with scheduling and material handling.
  • Use the access configurator to quote and/or determine what parts the customer needs to order.
  • Answer call center phone calls (internal and external customers)
  • Filing


Qualifications:
  • Preferred Associates degree as opposed to HS Diploma.
  • Minimum 2-5 years in this realm of work.
  • Phone skills, accuracy, detail oriented, quick learner, computer skills, good organization skills, good listener and team player.
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills are required for interfacing with customers and Totalflow personnel on phone and in person.
  • Proficiency on keyboard for entering data into ERP system.
  • A well-rounded knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
  • Totalflow product knowledge would be a plus.
  • SAP knowledge would be a plus.
  • A self-starter that takes minimal supervision.
  • Able to take constructive criticism.

  • This is a 4+ month contract position
