The Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Service Manager in Albany, NY!
Service Manager Role
- Maximizing sales through complete operations of the dining room.
- Planning and arranging promotions, incentives and fun for the team.
- Initial interview of candidates for FOH staffing.
- Maintaining service and cleanliness in FOH.
- Providing/overseeing all aspects of training, development and evaluation of FOH staff.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- The ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment.
- Creativity, maturity, organization and accountability are a must.
- Outgoing and great communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Has the ability to problem solve and handle high stress situations.
- Maintains professionalism, strictly adheres to the Texas Roadhouse uniform standards, and projects a positive image to guests, employees, and the community at all times.
