About this job

The primary function of the Customer Service Associate (CSA) is to assist customers with all of their shopping needs. This includes assisting customers in the selection, demonstration, preparation and loading of merchandise. The CSA is required to respond to customer inquiries and support them throughout their shopping experience including promoting customer loyalty plans and/or extended protection/replacement plans where appropriate. The CSA is also responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment by conducting daily safety reviews, noting hazards, keeping store areas clean and organized, and monitoring for potential theft or security risks. Lastly, the CSA is responsible for completing all other duties as assigned. Work Schedule Requires late evening, night-time, and early morning availability any day of the week. Required to work a Corporate schedule determined by Staffing Department, but may be changed by store management based on the needs of the store. Requests to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advanced notification and approval by supervisor. Hourly Full Time or Part Time: Generally scheduled 39 to 40 or 10 to 25 hours per week, respectively; more hours may be required based on the needs of the store.
