Responsibilities:

We have an outstanding Inside Sales Account Manager opportunity open at our Urbandale facility. We are looking for dynamic Inside Sales individuals who like to work hard and have fun! Success criteria for this position requires consistent volume of outgoing and incoming telephone contacts, accurate documentation, and qualified opportunities for new business.

  • Responsible for growing and maintaining sales and meeting individual and division sales goals.
  • Understand and explain products and services to increase battery sales to clients by phone.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers appropriate proposition and ethical sales methods to optimize business growth and customer satisfactions.
  • Meet minimum productivity and quality expectations.
  • Utilize customer and leads contact activities tools and systems and update relevant information.
  • Manage product, service, pricing, and margins according to policy.
  • Carry out and support marketing activities to agreed budget and timeline.
  • Integrate personal sales efforts with organized marketing activities.
  • Accurately report daily activity and sales number according to requirements.
  • Attend training and develop relevant sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Build working relationships with team members across the organization to ensure complete success for all.


Qualifications:

  • 2 years of successful inside sales experience or recent Bachelors or Associates Graduate preferred.
  • Ability to listen to customers needs and document (by typing) efficiently and simultaneously.
  • Must be a self-starter who works well in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.
  • Must have the attitude that communicates positively to our customers, team members and the community.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and maintain orgainzation.
  • Ability to ask for the business and experience closing over the phone.
  • Experience with telesales and can prioritize their day to meet or exceed goals.
  • Make decisions that reflect knowledge of facts and demonstrate good judgment and problem solve using available resources.
