Looking to hire 2 HR administrative assistants to support HR in both on-boarding and life cycle while internal resources are being pulled away to support the new HRIS system implementation. The contract will be from 3/1-5/31

Title: Administrative Assistant/HR Admin

Job Description: On-boarding 500-600 interns during the months of April to August. As a result, their HR team will need administrative support to help on-board all of these interns.

This job will entail, helping with orientation of the interns, copying, scanning, emailing, data entry, filing, faxing, scanning along with other administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of administrative experience. Entry level candidates would be a fit as well. Knowledge of HRI is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Must be Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Written Skills
  • Must be able to submit to a Drug and Background
  • Must be able to submit to a credit check

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or 8:00am-4:30pm

Compensation:

$14-15 per hour
