The Client provides services, products, and solutions for commercial and residential properties.

They get busy every year from May - September when the weather is warm. As the weather continues to get warmer, the more their services are needed.

Job Duties:
-Answer inbound calls to schedule appointments with technicians, answer customer questions, and track customer interactions
-Upsell products and sell continued check up packages to potential customers at end of call
-Manage intricate schedule for technicians
-Track customer interactions, follow up calls, and emails (looks similar to Salesforce)
-Dicuss service options and specialty packages with potential customers
-Respond to customers via email
