Job Description:

This position is primarily responsible for updating and maintaining information on the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring that the current business needs of the entire Company are compliant and up to date. This position will adhere to standard operating procedures to resolve help desk tickets specific to routine user requests

Responsibilities:

  • Submission of Learning Management Documentation (LMS) LMS Helpdesk requests for OTJ training records.
  • Administration of the Learning Management System
  • Document entry (i.e. training records
  • Archiving documents
  • Attend and participate in re-occurring meetings as required.
  • Proven excellent documentation and writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Assist in compiling data for internal reports as needed

Other duties as required/should the employee show proficiency in the above;

  1. Submitting help desk tickets
  2. Scheduling events in Outlook
  3. Compiling New Hire training binders for both temps and full-time employees

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and training staff
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office, any learning management software, MS Excel, PowerPoint, required
  • Strong office skills including copying, filing, organizing and scanning

Educational Requirements:

Minimum education * High school diploma
