Architectural Drafter - Full-time / Part-time

Local client is looking for architectural drafter. Candidate MUST be proficient in Revit (have 1+ years of experience with Revit. Minimum of 2000 hours)

- Perform work on all phases of various healthcare architectural projects including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review, coordination and correlation of construction drawings.
- Develop, modify and review production drawings and edit project narratives and specifications.
- Prepare schematics, design development and construction documents.
- Responsible for creating families
- Will be drafting floorplans

Qualifications:

• Revit proficiency. Minimum of 1 year of experience, or 2000 hours.
• Architectural background.
• Healthcare background

Office environment.

Minimum of 6 month contract.
