Structural Welders NEEDED

-Welds assembly plating as specified by company Standards.
-Able to follow written/oral instructions.
-Welds fabricated cast or forged components according to specifications knowledge of welding characteristics of metal.
1. Welds parts in position for fabrication of vessels, tanks or other structural assemblies.
2. Uses carbon electrodes to cut, shape, and groove metal.
3. May prepare workplace for welding by cleaning and/or preheating.
4. Examines weld sizes of weld beads.
-Performs other related tasks as assigned, some of which may become essential to the position.

• SHIPYARD Experience a plus

• Wedling test to be administered
