Part Time Customer Service Representative

Seeking a candidate to work within a hospital for a part time position. This position is open to all experiences!

On a day to day basis, this person will wallk through out the entire hospital doing the following:
- Handle requests from patients regarding their services
- Be responsible for replacing defective equipment (remotes, phones, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and work with our support group to resolve any technical issues affecting service to our customers.
- Have a direct point of contact with our customers making your position extremely essential to the company. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's customers receive an adequate level of service and/or help with their questions and concerns.
- Aid customers in completing purchases/transactions.
- Minor bookkeeping. Keep records of transactions, update and maintain customer profile or account information.
- Activate/Deactivate television and telephone services


Hours:
9AM - 3:30PM Monday through Wednesdays
9:00AM - 8:00PM Thursdays
Be available on Sundays as needed

For the first 3 weeks of training the hours and days will vary.
