Senior Financial Analyst
- Assist with monthly close process and creation of division and consolidated financial dashboards and presentations
- Prepare monthly MD&A and financial analysis as required
- Assist with updating management and lender presentations
- Assist with coordination of annual budget development
- Track compliance to created budgets and investigate any variances
- Conduct analysis of existing budgets to determine possible need for changes based on business needs
- Prepare financial models to justify and support ongoing merger and acquisition efforts
- Assist with the monthly financial statement preparation
- Analyze reports to identify future trends
- Assist with projects involving technological improvements in the processing of financial statements and related processes
- Assist with integration of acquisitions into the company's financial reporting systems

Requirements
Skills Background:
- 5 years previous experience as a senior accountant, financial analyst or controller
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills, detail oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business
