Shipping/Final Assembly

Northwest Staffing Resources is looking for highly motivated employees to work with our client in their production warehouse. Their production assembly line is fast paced, and friendly. They build inverters for mobile homes, RVs, boats, and off grid solar power systems.  They are growing rapidly and need new employees willing to learn and grow with them.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to keep track of our different assemblies and follow the instructions for each different assembly. The production line does become fast paced so good memorization skills are a plus.
• Stand on feet all day
• Able to lift and carry up to 70lbs repeatedly, up to 200 times a day, possibly more. Most lifting on the assembly line is typically around 30-60 lbs.
• Able to use various hand tools comfortably. This includes socket wrenches, pneumatic drivers, drills, pliers, automatic box taping machines, tape guns, shrink wrap rolls, pallet strap tools, multi meter, and other various tools and hardware.
• The units will be put through a final test before boxing which uses 110vac power, so a healthy respect for Electricity is required. ALL Safety rules must be followed to protect you and your co-workers from possible accidents.
• Certified Fork lift driving skills are a plus.
English communications skills are a strongly desired.
• Basic math skills
• Good Attendance is a must!
• Nonsmoking preferred

PAY: $12.00 / hour

SHIFT: Monday  - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, plus occasional overtime opportunites
