Founded in 2007, Missouri MENTOR provides home and community-based services to adults and children with developmental disabilities and other specialized needs throughout St. Louis and surrounding communities.
We offer several residential services, including our innovative Host Home program where individuals live in private family homes with dedicated caregivers called "Mentors."

Missouri MENTOR is seeking a Home Manager to manage the day to day activities, budgets and schedules for one or more homes. Home Managers ensure all consumers are properly managed and cared for, including implementing programs and services for the consumers. The Home Manager also manages, hires, trains and schedule staff; and coordinates activities and appointments of individuals served and maintains records.
QualificationsRequirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to two years of related experience
- Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
Founded in 1980, The MENTOR Network is a national network of local human services providers offering an array of quality, community-based services in more than 30 states to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain and spinal cord injuries and other catastrophic injuries and illnesses, and to youth with emotional, behavioral and medically complex challenges as well as their families.
