To that end, the Job Coach role is a fantastic role to continue your career path in Social and Human Services with a myriad of career options to move up and across the organization.
SC MENTOR is seeking a Job Coach to work directly with and coach vocational program participants at their assigned job sites within the community.The Job Coach will oversee community employment goals, vocational development goals, and coordinate related program functions. This individual will also implement Individual Service Plans and promote vocational skill acquisition and independence of each program participant.
QualificationsRequirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury.
- Valid SC Driver's License, vehicle insurance and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work flexible schedules if needed to include some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
