Case Managers are a critical link to the community for those we serve, as well as serving as a bridge between our direct care and clinical staff to ensure the seamless delivery of services to the individuals we support.

Our Broomall, PA office is seeking a BHRS Case Manager to coordinate the development and implementation of services and treatments to clients/individuals. Case Managers oversee all services provided to individuals and their families, monitors quality of care delivered, and monitors corporate and regulatory program compliance. This position will also support administrative functions in the office including answering of phones, filing, greeting visitors, completion of various reports and ordering of office supplies.


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • One year experience working in the human services field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft excel
  • Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
