The Time Warner Cable Corporate office currently seeks a/an Senior IT Security Compliance Engineer/Archer Architect for our Information Technology Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Position Summary
Sr. IT Security Compliance Engineer is responsible for the planning and development, implementation and support of the TWC Archer 5.X environments. This position requires an extensive all around knowledge of the Archer platform and knowledge of development practices and procedures required to create a usable and stable environment. Developing an understanding of the TWC environment and business processes is crucial to success. Additionally, knowledge of application development and support best practices and the typical change control and SDLC processes is critical. This role will be responsible for the deployment of the Archer 5.3/5.5 environment which will include collection of business requirements from current and known future customers, development of the new environment to support those customers, documentation and formalization of support processes and the transition to BAU once the deployment is complete.

Essential Job Functions:

- Responsible for the development, deployment and maintenance of the current Archer 5.3 environment
o Responsible for overall Archer design/architect to meet TWC business needs
o Develop and document security model, change control processes, and overall development guidelines for the company to follow. This is critical to this role and the company ' s success.
o Responsible for the development of a stable platform that is upgradable and maintainable in the future.
o Participates in the Archer Steering Committee as an active advisory role as well as a stakeholder
o Will develop and deploy Archer 5.X Threat, Policy, Enterprise Management, Compliance, Incident Management and Risk modules as well as any additional required by the company/business.
o Works with customers from across the company to gather business requirements and to incorporate them into the development process to ultimately produce a stable, compliant environment that meets TWC internal customer needs and requirements.
o Develops, deploys and maintains " on demand applications " that support IT Compliance and IT Security initiatives such as the Vendor Access Review, Admin Access Review, User Access Review and Profile Review applications which are used to facilitate SOX and PCI required initiatives across the Enterprise
o Makes changes to current customers environments following a standard SDLC process and change control procedures.
o Ensures the environment is stable and current on patching and is otherwise maintained securely.

- Stays current on all Archer related updates and issues and works with the current environment to incorporate necessary changes and improvements.

Job Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of RSA Archer 5.X software and development methodologies.

- Strong understanding of Information technology practices and processes and the ability to conceptually apply them to Archer utilization.

- Solid understanding of various IT technologies and how they relate to IT security and compliance and other business processes.

- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.

- Knowledge of internal IT organization including support teams, key leaders and Sr. Management to identify owners and drive remediation of vulnerabilities and control observations.

- Knowledge of the TWC environment and key applications and supporting infrastructure

- Skilled with MS Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certified Archer Administrator / Advanced Administrator

Education and Experience:
Bachelor ' s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience.

Travel Requirements:
Yes Travel 20%
