Manpower is currently recruiting for a client in Pontiac, MI. We are looking for a Customer Solutions Rep.
Job Responsibilities:
*Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote (offsite) service; customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery.
*Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems.
* Non-technical teams provide support to internal and external customers and resellers via incoming customer contacts to the Customer Solutions Center through telephony or e-support methods.
*Applies basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments/tasks.
*Good understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.
*Works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution and independent judgment.
*Allocates own time efficiently.
Requirements:
*High school education or equivalent. Up to 6 months to 1 year of prior general experience, or equivalent college level education required
*Experience in customer facing role either remote or face to face.
*Understands internal processes and tools. Computer proficiency.
*Problem solving skills.
*Accuracy in data entry.
Contract Length: 1 year
Pay: $10.39/hr
