Business Analyst Opportunity - Full-time / Part-time

Manpower Group Solutions is currently hiring a Business Analyst for a client in Pleasanton, CA! The Business Analyst will be engaging with the Business Application teams to onboard them to the multiple Identity & Access Management (IAM) services. The Business Analyst will also need to have an understanding of Security concepts and technologies. Some of the requirements for this position include but are not limited to: 1. Should be able to work independently with both technical and business teams to collect and document business and functional requirement documents. 2. Should be able to work with business teams and learn their language quickly. 3. Ability to work with business executives and command of English language. 4. Can work with various COTS applications preferably in Healthcare background and/or Identity and Access Management Systems. 6. Has ability to work with technical teams during component and system integration testing. 9. Has ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. 10. Has ability to provide status updates. 11. Assisting with the business case 12. Planning and monitoring 13. Eliciting requirements 14. Requirements organization 15. Translating and simplifying requirements 16. Requirements management and communication 17. Requirements analysis 18. At least 5 years of experience as a BA. Shift: Full-time, 1st Shift
