About this job
Looking for Customer Service personnel. Will be working for a Transportation Company. CSR will be responsible for daily hands on client related issues. Will be receiving detailed client load information by e-mail, telephone, and use of customized system. Will be the client first contact for any service requests. Report any service failure and trailer management for clients. Will be monitoring and tracing loads using a customized system. Report late pick ups or deliveries to clients. Maintain client data accurate in the system. Facilitate monthly reports to clients. Preferred if experience with AS400.
