We have a opening for a Outbound Customer Service Rep.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Large, well-known client in the Franklin, WI area is currently looking for a Client History Interviewer. This position will be calling customers and interviewing them about various topics such as family history, drug or alcohol use, etc. in order to process new policies. Will be using various computer programs to do so. Also, interviewer will be required to provide a high level of customer service and feel comfortable asking various types of questions.
Requirements:
-2+ Years of previous call center experience
-Ability to provide a high level of customer service
-Must be comfortable asking sensitive questions
Hours: Need to be available from 7-7 with an 8.5 hour shift.
Pay Rate: $14/hour
Duration will be 3-6 months.
