CSR II (French Canadian-Customer Care)

French-Canadian/English Speaking Customer Service Full Time Crystal Lake, IL -- $14/hour 8:00-4:30 PM, Monday through Friday Customer Service Representatives answer a high volume of incoming calls in a call center setting specifically serving North American customers who speak French-Canadian. They provide customer service over the phone assisting with the placement of orders, checking order status, locating specific items from catalog collections and anything else needed to ensure customer satisfaction. Successful Customer Service Representatives have strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to multi-task, problem solving and decision making skills as well as time management and sense of urgency. A high school diploma and previous customer service experience in an office or call center setting is required.
