Pay is $12 an hour! This is a temporary 3-month assignment. This position is Monday Friday, 8am 4:30pm. REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years of Receptionist/Front Office/Admin/Clerical experience. Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel required. Professional phone voice with good diction. Excellent phone and email corresponding skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Greeting guests, clients, and visitors and handing out badges to visitors and guests. Answering the phone and using paging system. Must practice discretionary screening/filtering of phone calls and visitors. Coordinating and handling donation requests: research donation history, setting up communication and handling follow-up w/ customer, and handle paperwork preparation for shipping and receiving department. Updating and maintaining data entry of various excel spreadsheets and reports. Handling email correspondence. Printing, Copying, Scanning duties/projects. Some lifting and signing for packages/mail. Additional admin/clerical and front office duties as assigned.
