Aerotek is looking for customer service representatives for a part time opening in Grand Prairie, TX.

General Job Description:
* Answer telephone call inquires, respond to customer e-mail, and reply to web chat requests regarding products and services, billing, and online ordering
* Contact customers to clarify requests and route requests to the appropriate branch/department
* Promote products and services
* Research and resolve service issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
* Analysis and judgment relative to responding to the customer's need and knowledge of all services
* Provide and maintain the high level of accuracy and excellent customer service
