Aerotek is currently hiring qualified cndidates for an Account spayable position with one of our clients in the Denver Tech Center. This is an entry level position in accounting for a Cash Applications Coordinator. Qualified candidates will be able to full fill the duties listed below.
Summary: Responsible for processing customer payments and posting them to accounts in order to balance said accounts.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1 year of financial and accounting experience required.
Experience in Payment Posting and Cash Applications.
Skills and Competencies:
Verbal and written communication skills,
Internal customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Excel (Vlookups and Pivot Tables).
Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.
Work with internal collections team in order to recieve payments.
Process up to 100 reciepts applications a day.
Accuracy in terms of data entry tasks.
