Our client is looking for a pallet builder with at least 5 years of carpentry experience and/or commercial construction experience. They will be building and repairing damaged pallets. Must have solid carpentry background, and experience using various hand and power tools (hammer, saw, nail gun, grinders).
- Working from basic prints.
- Strong attention to detail is important because there is different wood used on different areas of the pallets, so when they put pallets back together they need to ensure boards are going in correct place.
- Fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently
- Non-climate controlled facility
- There are about 10-12 people working together testing pallets, repairing pallets and documenting in the computer.
- Will require constant and repetitive hand motions.
