Aircraft Painter - Full-time / Part-time

Paint aircraft parts and aircrafts to specifications.

1. Mix primers and paints to manufactures specifications.
2. Spray primers, paints, and clear coat finishes
3. Apply high quality coating with all finishes
4. Layout stripes according to prints
5. Log paint usage and waste
6. Keep work area and shop clean and neat.

MUST HAVES:
1. 4-5 years of experience in aviation paint environment using High Solids Paint Systems (HVLP)
2. Must have experience painting aircrafts with a High Quality Finish.
3. Be able to read prints
4. Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and paint problems.
5. Detail Oriented
6. High Solids Paint Systems (HVLP)

Retention Bonus Package of $1200 after staying 180 days
